Roi and Ofir have done it again! This is our second project with them and once again they have blown us away. We had decided to redo our entire first floor including kitchen and powder room. Everything came out stunning and the vendors they had recommended to us exceeded expectations. No details were spared. My wife and I can be pretty fastidious and we love that Ofir brings that same energy to her design and product choice. The entire process they were communicative and open, always keeping us up to date with issues and information. They were always open to questions and would respond promptly. I can’t say enough good things about Roi and Ofir. I highly recommend them.
Roi and the team were very professional and responsive throughout the project. He understood our goals and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied and was open to our ideas while suggesting his own. When roadblocks came up, he was a good partner to troubleshoot with and remained positive. The team worked in a timely fashion and completed construction ahead of our timeline expectations. Danny, the foreman, and his team were also respectful and hardworking and completed good work. We are very pleased with the final product of our house and are glad we worked with Valley Boutique.
We just finished remodeling 2 bathrooms in our 1926 built home using Ofir and Roi, owners of Valley Boutique Builders and their team. We interviewed four construction firms before choosing VBB. We liked especially that they provided excellent design and function abilities as well as construction as part of their package. Ofir and Roi complemented each other well. Their builder team, led by Danny, was exceptional. He managed his hard-working staff efficiently, providing good design suggestions during the building process- and worked in a joyful way with his whole team. The extensive tile work was done by a talented tiler who understood the art of his work as well as it’s function. Suggestions made by Ofir and Roy early in the design stage highlighted their creativity and experience working with bathroom spaces. In a bit more than 6 weeks we had two beautiful, yet more far more functional new bathrooms that we love. We highly recommend Ofir, Roy and Valley Boutique Builders.
We worked with Valley Boutique Builders for a primary bathroom and closet renovation and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we had our consultation, Roi and Ofir had excellent ideas for how we could open up the space and maximize the floor plan. We were also particularly pleased that they could offer design expertise as part of the project, which made all the difference when selecting our finished materials and achieving the look we were going for. Ofir gave us fantastic design guidance that helped us feel confident in our selections, always offering a perspective but assuring us that all decisions were ours to make. We received excellent communication throughout the project, loved the crew who worked with us day-to-day, and never once questioned the attention to detail that went into the permitting process and craftsmanship. What a transformation to our bathroom and closet space we now have! It went from being a section of the house we avoided to now being one of our favorite serene spaces. I’ve done half a dozen major remodeling projects over the last 30 years. The kitchen remodel I just completed with Valley Boutique Builders was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Every step of the way, the team at Valley Boutique did exactly what they said they would do when they said they’d do it. That might sound simple, but this is the first time I’ve ever seen it done. I was quoted seven weeks from start to finish. My kitchen was done in six. Every day I’d be told who would be showing up at my house the next day and what they’d be doing, and every single workday in those six weeks, the crew showed up exactly on time, did their work, cleaned up the site, and left on time. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it, right down to the smallest building code requirement. We never failed an inspection. Every person in the company that I worked with was friendly and professional. My only advice for working with Valley Boutique is this: make sure you’ve got all your finish materials on-site before the job starts. You might think you can select and then source materials while they work, but you’ll be amazed at how quickly they move. Help them by having all your choices made, and you’ll put yourself in position for the best remodel you’ve ever experienced.
For our home addition, we were introduced to Valley Boutique Builders by our designer. Throughout the project, project manager Roi Omer was great to work with. He was very responsive and communicative the entire time – which is normally so rare to find. His crew was also extremely professional and courteous to deal with – especially the foreman, Daniel, who always had a smile on his face. We have an older house, and inevitably there were some glitches due to the age of the structure – which initially had us pretty concerned. However, we discussed things with Roi, and he solved the issues in a cost-effective manner. Everything turned out great for the addition. Roi promised quality, and the quality of the construction met our expectations. My only advice would be just to make sure you understand what is included and not included in the project – e.g., in our case HVAC was not included, which wasn’t made clear until at the point installation was needed. We would definitely recommend using Valley Boutique Builders, especially for the balance between quality and price.
After extensively interviewing over 20 general contractors, I ultimately chose to work with Roi, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision.
