A Fresh Layout for an Outdated Kitchen
The heart of this project was reworking an old kitchen into a space that fits how the family actually lives. Valley Boutique Builders rebuilt the room on its existing slab foundation with a completely new, updated layout.
Rather than working around the old footprint, the design started fresh. The result is a more open, functional kitchen with better flow and more usable space. This is the kind of kitchen remodeling that changes how a whole home feels day to day.
Custom Hood Framing for a Clean Look
Details make a custom kitchen feel custom. Valley Boutique Builders built custom framing for the range hood so it reads as a seamless, architectural part of the room.
The framed hood keeps sightlines clean and uninterrupted, tying the cooking area into the rest of the design. It is a small structural choice that gives the whole kitchen a more finished, intentional feel.
White Oak Cabinets and White Quartz Countertops
The finishes bring warmth and brightness together. New white oak cabinets anchor the kitchen with natural grain and clean lines.
White quartz countertops sit against the oak for a bright, durable work surface that is easy to live with. The pairing keeps the palette calm and cohesive, giving the updated layout a refined, livable feel.
A Spa-Style Master Bathroom
The centerpiece of this project is a master bathroom rebuilt for comfort and calm. Valley Boutique Builders reworked the entire layout so the space feels open, luxurious, and easy to move through.
A freestanding tub sits at the center of the room, framed by a decorated chandelier overhead. The result is a quiet focal point that turns an everyday routine into something closer to a retreat.
A Freestanding Tub, Walk-In Shower, and Private Toilet Room
Three defining features shape the new master bathroom:
- A freestanding tub placed at the center of the room, beneath a decorated chandelier.
- A spacious walk-in shower for a clean, modern feel.
- A separate toilet room that adds privacy without breaking the open layout.
Together, these elements give the master bathroom the feel of a private spa. This is the kind of bathroom remodeling that changes how the whole home lives.
Custom Vanities Built With Our Carpenter
Valley Boutique Builders created new custom vanities in partnership with our in-house carpenter. Building the cabinetry to order meant the storage, proportions, and finishes fit the room exactly.
That level of craft is what sets a custom master bathroom apart from an off-the-shelf update. Every detail was chosen to feel warm, refined, and built to last.
Two More Fully Remodeled Bathrooms
Beyond the master, Valley Boutique Builders completely remodeled the kids and guest bathrooms. Both rooms were taken down to the studs and rebuilt with fresh layouts and finishes.
The goal was a cohesive look across the home, so all three bathrooms feel like they belong together. Each space now reads as clean, functional, and thoughtfully finished.
New Showers and Custom Shampoo Niches
Both the kids and guest bathrooms received a new shower with a custom shampoo niche built into the wall. The niches keep everyday essentials within reach while keeping the lines of each shower crisp and uncluttered.
Small, built-in details like these are easy to overlook and hard to live without. They are a signature of a full bathroom remodel done right.
One Design-Build Team From Start to Finish
This is what a Valley Boutique Builders project looks like when design and construction work as one. As a family-owned design-build firm, the team guided the homeowners from the first bathroom conversation to the final walk-through with a single point of contact.
For homeowners weighing a similar bathroom refresh or a larger project, Valley Boutique Builders can fold the work into a guided full-home renovation process. A free consultation is the right place to start.
“Valley Boutique Builders reimagined three of our bathrooms and every one came out better than we pictured. The master feels like a spa, and the custom work throughout is flawless.”

Frequently Asked Questions
What did the Perugia Court remodel include?
The Perugia Court project was a complete remodel of a kitchen and three bathrooms in one Mountain View home. The kitchen remodel included a new layout and design, custom framing for the range hood, new white oak cabinets, and white quartz countertops. The bathroom remodels included the master, the kids, and the guest bathroom. The master features a walk-in shower, a freestanding tub beneath a decorated chandelier, a private toilet room, and custom vanities.
Why build custom framing for the hood?
Custom hood framing lets the range hood blend into the design instead of standing out as a separate appliance. Valley Boutique Builders built the framing to keep the kitchen’s lines clean and give the space a more polished, custom look.
What cabinets and countertops were used in the kitchen remodel?
Valley Boutique Builders installed new white oak cabinets paired with white quartz countertops. The combination keeps the kitchen bright, warm, and cohesive while holding up to everyday use.
Can Valley Boutique Builders build custom vanities?
Yes. Valley Boutique Builders builds custom vanities with an in-house carpenter, so the cabinetry is sized and finished to fit each room exactly rather than adapted from stock pieces.
Does Valley Boutique Builders remodel more than one bathroom at a time?
Yes. On this project, Valley Boutique Builders remodeled three bathrooms together so the finishes and layouts feel cohesive across the home. Coordinating the work under one design-build team keeps the timeline and the details aligned.
